Cucunci

Chardonnay Vino Frizzante

Cucunci is the plant of the caper, and is known to survive in places with little to no presence of water. It has a strong and wild character. As you reminisce about that summer in Sicily… full of sun, new adventures and fulfillment. Sip Cucunci. A new aromatic sparkling wine bringing sexy back.

Variety

Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Production Area

Cultivation and winemaking take place in Sicily, in the Belice Valley area, in the hills surrounding Santa Ninfa village.

Soil

Shallow soils of medium texture calcareous clay with a good content of organic matter and iron.

Tasting notes

The wine obtained from partially dried grapes results opulent but gently balanced. Candied notes and toasted hints ensure a flavorful and sensual palate. To be served between 14 and 16°C
