Winemaking

This Pinot Grigio Brut is sourced from vineyards at elevation and harvested early to retain optimum fruit freshness and natural acidity. The pinot grigio is vinified using the Charmat method and bottled immediately after vintage to maximize the youthfull fruit freshness.

Tasting notes

Brilliant pale straw and persistent beeding. This elegant pinot grigio brut provides a nose of fresh apple, citrus and floral undertones. The palate is lean and crisp, with ripe apple and white peach fruit. The finish is clean and refreshing.

Pairing

Great served chilled as an aperitif or to finish a great meal.
