Passivento ® method. The partial drying of the fruit begins in the vineyard and is completed in the fruit chamber, where the skillful control of ventilation assist the grapes in reaching the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.
This wine has a straw pale colour, rich of flavour and fruitness. Serve at 8 - 10° C/46-50°C.
We suggest drinking this wine with fish and fresh cheeses.
