The Canadian website canoe.com interviewed Marco Martini, the General Manager, and reviewed Acquerello wines.
Martini explains key operating principles are to offer consumers high quality wines related to their price and produce wines that are rooted in tradition but are still accessible to modern audiences: "We try to put together wines made in traditional Italian styles that are influenced by winemakers coming from different countries. Mixing experiences, mixing knowledge and know-how is a way to create wines that are a little bit different".
Pinot Grigio and Nero d'Avola Cabernet Sauvignon are the wines of the week: the first one, made in a dry, refreshing style, this affordable wine is a great option for entertaining; the second one structured and complex, is a solid barbecue option that offers good value for the price.
