It's a blend of Nero d'Avola (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%): the tradition of Sicily and the richness of Nero d'Avola together with an international variety, structured and complex as Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a well-balanced and excellent wine, with notes of red mature fruits, spices and intense tannins. A round and full bodied wine to be paired with roast, barbecued meat, red meat and pasta with spicy tomato sauce.
