Tasting wine and food is a sense experience: eyes, nose and taste can describe what we drink, enhancing wine characteristics matching it with nice food. Not necessary to be gourmet, not at all!
The best way is sharing ideas, recipes and feelings among friends. A lively moment, a lot here in Sicily that is a land of hospitality and beauty, where today the traditional dishes are matched with a selection of wines from Barone Montalto.
So Federica, our winemaker, invited for dinner few friends from Palermo: Giuseppe, entrepreneur and Antonella, communication manager. All together in her kitchen to talk about, taste and enjoy her wines, pairing all the good dishes these authentic Sicilian people cooked for her.
Sicily in the glass, but also in the plate!
