Medium textured soil, silt sandy clay composition, high content of organic matter. Mediterranean climate.
Cold maceration for 24 hours and fermentation at 12° C for 20 days to maintain the aromas. Guyot training system.
An intense rosato with a beautiful cherry red color. The bouquet consists of beautiful floral, fruity, and fresh herb aromas. The mouth has a surprisingly present structure with a good persistence and a pleasantly clean finish.
This rosé is perfect as an aperitif or on a picnic with a special someone. Pair with cheese, grilled vegetables, or chicken salad. Serve between 12-14° C. / 54-57°F.
