Maceration and fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Maturation in small french barriques for a short period.
Deep ruby red color with striking ruby highlights. This wine has an alluring bouquet of dark chocolate, spices, vanilla, and dark fruit jam. The body is elegant with soft tannins, while providing a memorable finish.
Pair this wine with your favorite aged cheeses, sauteed wild mushrooms, and your favorite flavorful sauces. Serve between 14-16° C /57-60° F. Fine for serving shortly after opening.
