Following a gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
This wine has a straw yellow color with yellow highlights. The bouquet is full of citrus fruits like grapefruit, juicy exotic fruits, and hints of fresh green herbs. In the palate there is a medium acidity that helps give a good structure and lasting finish to the wine.
Enjoy this wine with grilled seafood, vegetables, chicken, or even a savory curry. Serve between 8-10°C. /46-50°F.
