Cold maceration for 24 hours and fermentation at 12° C for 20 days to maintain the aromas.
Brilliant pink with red hues. Lifted red cherry and redcurrant nose also reminding wild berries. In the mouth upfront fruit sweetness of cherry and strawberry cream with floral notes and refreshing acidity. To be enjoyed very fresh during spring and summer.
Enjoy this wine on its own or with easy fish dishes. Pair with your favorite Italian seafood pasta, International favorites like Mexican fish tacos, or pizza with fresh cheese. Serve between 10-12° C/ 50-54° F.
