Sicily Region - Valle del Belice


Medium soil with predominantly calcareous clay with iron. Mediterranean climate.


Maceration for 12-15 days at 26 ° C with daily pump overs. After racking, Merlot is aged in French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel vats for 4 months.

Tasting notes

Deep red color with matching highlights. The bouquet caresses the nose with homemade fruit jam, spices, and hints of vanilla. The wine has a medium structure with a soft, but persistent finish.


The fresh natural acidity suits perfectly fatty foods like foie gras, salami, and barbecued pork. Serve between 14-16° C / 57-60° F. Enjoy immediately after opening or up to an hour before.
