Soil

Alluvial and deep brown soils, medium texture, sandy-clay composition, high content of organic matter. Mediterranean climate.

Winemaking

Fermentation is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 12-14° C.

Tasting notes

This wine has straw yellow color with light green highlights. The bouquet is full of citrus fruits like grapefruit as well as delicate orange flowers. The exotic fruits help balance out the lively acidity, giving a nice structure and finish to the wine.

Pairing

Enjoy this wine on its own or with easy fish dishes. Pair with your favorite Italian seafood pasta, International favorites like Mexican fish tacos, or pizza with fresh cheese. Serve between 10-12° C/ 50-54° F.
