Alluvial and deep brown soils, medium texture, sandy-clay composition, high content of organic matter. Mediterranean climate.
Viognier is fermented in stainless steel, while the Cataratto ferments in French wooden barrels. 4 months of aging with weekly bâtonnage.
This wine has a straw yellow color with delicate green highlights. The bouquet is full of citrus fruit like grapefruit as well as aromatic with fresh herbs and orange blossom flowers.
Fresh citrus aromas transport you to a serene Sicilian garden, while the crisp fruit awakens your palate. Enjoy as an aperitif to light vegetable starters, swordfish, and grilled chicken. Serve between 10-12° C. / 50-54° F.
